Mark was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1995. He practiced as an advocate & solicitor with a few law firms in Kuala Lumpur in both senior and associate levels. Before joining Law & Commerce Mark also worked as legal advisor in a large Public listed company in Kuala Lumpur and a trust company in Labuan. Mark now helps clients establish offshore structures in various offshore centres like Labuan, Brunei, BVI, Hong Kong, etc.

Razman retired from Malaysia IRB in 2004 after serving for more than 30 years. Razman has vast experience in the tax assessment of business as well as non business individual taxpayers; the finalization of Real Property Gain Tax and the tax revenue collection. He was a prosecution officer for the department/board, handling of the prosecution cases as well as claims by civil suits for the recovery of outstanding revenue.
